When we arrived here, we were happy to find out that this place is located just a short distance away from the nearest train station which was very convenient for us to get to the centre of town. The staff here were amazing, from the reception desk to the dining restaurant, everyone provided us with great service. We were delighted to receive a welcome drink upon arrival and our room was very well equipped, we had ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the mini-bar and the terrace which had a soundproofed room providing us with uninterrupted rest. Besides, we got a great view from the patio, and the room was furnished with an in-room safe, a television and the staff provided us with free toiletries.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay on Sydney's north shore.

We had such a lovely weekend at Urban! The staff were great too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were so helpful with everything, from accommodating our young son to quickly rectifying a billing mistake. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and bus stop. Our terrace room was immaculate and we didn't even notice the traffic noise. I highly recommend Urban for a fantastic stay!
